What Information Do We Collect

Communication Information. We collect the personal information you provide to us when you send us an email or contact us through support in our Services. This may include your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide.

Non-Personal Information

In any of the above cases, as well as to provide and improve our Services, aggregate statistics, marketing purposes and conduct business and marketing analysis, and enhance your experience with the Services, we process, use or share non-personal information, aggregate information, or personal information in non-human-readable form (for example, anonymous or aggregated information about how our user community interacts with the Services).

We may anonymize or de-identify information collected through the Services or by other means so that the information itself does not personally identify you. Our use and disclosure of such aggregated or de-identified information is not subject to any restrictions in this Policy, and we may disclose it to others for any purpose, such as advertising or marketing purposes, without restriction.

If we combine personal information with anonymous information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as the information remains combined.



How we use information we collect

We will use the information we collect about you in the following ways: 

to administer the Platform (i.e. to provide our Services to you) and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes (i.e. to guarantee the 

Platform's stability and security) and to solicit your feedback; 

to allow you to participate in interactive features of the Platform, when you choose to do so; 

to personalise the content you receive and provide you with tailored content that will be of interest to you; 

to improve and develop our Platform and conduct product development; 

to provide you with services based on the country settings you have chosen, such as the content that is related 

to the country settings; 

to allow other users to identify you via the "Add Friends" function as a user of the Service, to allow you to find other users and to connect with them on the Platform, and to support the socializing function of the 

Services; 

to provide you with your profile information to send to anyone you choose and to enable you to participate on the Platform and interact with other users; 

to enable our messenger service to function and you can choose to delete any information in this regard on your discretion via the clear cache function within the Platform's settings; and 

to help us detect abuse, fraud, and illegal activity on the Platform; 

to notify you about changes to our Services; 

to communicate with you.

to enforce our terms, conditions and policies.


Why we collect device IDs

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use device IDs information that we receive to:


How We Share Your Information

We will share your information with the following selected third parties: cloud storage providers to store the information you provide and for disaster recovery services, as well as for the performance of any contract we enter into with you;

Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the optimisation and improvement of the Platform; and IT service providers;

Our data center and the servers of our host providers.

We will also share your information with any member, subsidiary, parent, or affiliate of our corporate group, only for the purposes set out above, to assist in the improvement and optimisation of the Platform, in order to prevent illegal uses, increase user numbers, development, engineering and analysis of information or for our internal business purposes.

We will share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other organizations if legally required to do so, or if such use is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal obligation, process or request; enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential violation thereof; detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues; or protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction).

International Data Transfers


Your Personal Information may be processed by us, our trusted third party suppliers outside of the country (s) in which you reside, including in countries where data protection and privacy laws or regulations may be equivalent to, or as protective as, the data protection laws and regulations in your country. In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, we will implement appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected and secure when it is transferred outside of your country to a jurisdiction that has a less adequate level of protection of personal data.  These measures include (where applicable) transferring pursuant to data transfer agreements implementing standard data protection clauses. 

We may also transfer your personal information outside of your country as permitted by applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.  Examples include where we need to transfer your personal information: (a) to perform a contract with you (or to take steps before the contract at your request); (b) perform a contract in your interests; or (c) in relation to legal claims.

Data Security

The security of "Yuzu" user information is protected by a password set by the user. "Yuzu" attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of user information. We take various measures to protect user information in the database. We also have strict restrictions on platform personnel who need to work in the database, such as customer service and technical maintenance. However, we cannot completely guarantee the security of user information. Some irresistible factors, such as illegal intrusion and use, software and hardware crashes, etc., may cause damage to user information to a certain extent.



 Your Choices

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that your choice to disable cookies will be specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you disable cookies, so you may need to separately disable cookies for each type of browser or device. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

You can at any time request to opt out from allowing us to send you push notifications by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.

You can switch off GPS location, Microphone, Camera or other similar functions on your mobile device if you do not wish to share them. You can also hide your location, videos uploaded, recent active time and other information by adjusting “Privacy” setting.

You can choose not to provide us with Personal Information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of Yuzu Services because such information may be required for you to register as a user, purchase Paid Services, participate in a promotion, survey, sweepstakes or make complaints.

You can make changes to your information, including accessing your information, correcting or updating your information or deleting your information by editing your profile in the App. 


Your rights 

If you have registered for an account, you may access and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by logging into your online account and using the features and functionalities available there.


Children

The Services are not directed at children under the age of consent (namely, below the age where consent must be given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child, as required under the applicable law in the jurisdiction you reside in ( “Age of Consent”)). If you are under the Age of Consent you may use the Services only if consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility.


If Company learns that Personal Information of persons under the Age of Consent has been collected on or through the Services without parental or guardian consent, Company will take appropriate steps to delete this information unless it is needed to comply with any legal or statutory obligation.

Retention of Your information

As long as you have your account, we will keep your personal and other information. 

You can request to delete your account at any time through the application message > service or email. After appropriate review, you may delete information that is no longer required for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal reasons. For example, if needed, you can keep your device and data for a reasonable period of time. This information may be stored for security, safety, fraud prevention and investigation, and development purposes. In some cases, you may not be able to cancel the account (such as balances or unresolved charges or complaints). If the unblocking issue is resolved, please follow the instructions above to delete the account. 

For safety, security, and fraud prevention, you may need to store certain information. For example, if your account is closed due to bad behavior or security incidents, you can save account-specific information to prevent users from creating new money in the future.

Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes in this policy, on our company website and where we deem appropriate so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information and who has access to it. Under what circumstances is this information disclosed.
